Here’s what to expect after you order, from packing your tea to following its journey home.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders of US$50 or more after discounts. For smaller orders, you’ll see the shipping charge at checkout.

International Shipping
We send orders worldwide from Thailand by registered airmail. Free shipping applies when your order reaches US$50 after discounts. Below that amount, your shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Processing Times
We usually prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. This is the time needed before your parcel begins its journey.
Estimated Delivery Times
Allow approximately 7–21 business days for delivery after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date: the destination, customs clearance and local postal service can affect the timing.
Tracking Your Order
We email your tracking number after dispatch. You can follow the parcel with the postal carrier and, once it reaches your country, check for updates with your local postal service. Tracking can pause between scans during international transit.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, check with your household, neighbours, building reception and local post office. If it still has not turned up, email us with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate. Please also contact us if delivery is taking longer than expected.
Couriers Used
Parcels leave Thailand with Thailand Post. Your local postal service usually handles the final delivery once the parcel reaches your country.
