Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@tapeeteastore.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with any necessary instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@tapeeteastore.com with photos and a description. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
