Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide, bringing Thailand’s authentic flavors and culture right to your doorstep, no matter where you are. This global reach allows you to experience the best of Thailand without leaving your home.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location. Generally, international orders may take 7 to 21 business days for delivery. Please note that customs procedures and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.
The tracking says ‘Delivered,’ but I have not received the package. What should I do?
There are a few possibilities:
– The package may have been received by someone else, such as a neighbor, front desk, receptionist, mailroom, doorman, HOA, or colleague.
– If you still can’t find it, please contact the courier. The tracking page will provide contact information, and couriers will have GPS coordinates for every tracking scan.
– It might be easier to call or visit your local post office and ask to speak with the Postmaster about your missing delivery.
– If you suspect the package was stolen, please inform us and provide a police report. This will enable us to claim compensation and reship your order.
The tracking info shows my order has not moved for several days. Is it lost?
If an order is coming from overseas, there may be a gap in the tracking info between when it leaves the origin country and arrives in the destination country. This does not mean it is lost or not moving; it is because the package is undergoing customs clearance.
You will see it moving again via the tracking info as soon as it clears. After clearing customs in the destination country, you can track it using the same tracking number as your local postal service.
What couriers do you use?
We ship using the regular postal service, which means USPS if you’re in the United States. Your order will come from overseas, so the tracking will initially come from the postal service in the origin country, for example, Thai Post.
When the order clears customs on arrival in your country, it will then be taken over by your local postal service, and you will be able to track it with them using the same tracking number.
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned. That’s why we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. We want you to feel reassured about your purchase.
I have opened and used my item. Can I still return it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept opened or used products as returns.
